For face-to-face events, we work with top venues around the world including universities, conference centres, and schools. You can select from one of our preexisting venues, or if you are looking for something different, we can find the perfect match for your event. We take the stress out of the process for you by negotiating prices, managing the booking, and ensuring venues and platforms follow safety procedures including social distancing requirements and safeguarding procedures.

Over the past 10 years, we have developed an expertise in delegate management. If you are running an event where delegates need to make multiple decisions about their experience, we are adept at creating booking systems that can handle these complexities. In the run-up to your event, we will ensure your delegates are provided with all the necessary information and that their delegate packs or resources on the virtual platform are created to your specification including branding and event documentation.
From their initial expression of interest to giving their post-event feedback, we want each delegate at your event to experience customer service reflective of your organisation. We pride ourselves on the care and attention we take in communicating with each delegate and focus our efforts on ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Our skilled customer service executives will respond to each phone or email enquiry promptly and accurately.
Our staff are trained to Level 3 and are able to be your designated safeguarding lead. We are able to create full child protection and safeguarding policies for all our clients and
ensure it’s implemented before, during and after the event. This includes full training for all event staff.
During your event we will be onsite or online to manage every aspect of delivery. From pre-event set-up to post-event wrap-up and everything in between. For virtual events, we can provide session moderators to manage the room and facilitate Q&A and our team will be on-hand to offer technical support. Our on-site experience for face-to-face events ranges from one-day conferences to week-long residential summer schools for teenagers. We are able to provide full pastoral support 24 hours a day so you can focus on delivering the content of your event.
